2020-2021 CCD REGISTRATION

 

​It's not too late to register for CCD this year!!

 

CCD STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2020.

Please register prior to the first day of class. 

 

To sign up complete one registration per family, one Covid-19 Waiver per student, and sign the Handbook Acknowledgement and Declaration to Practice the Catholic Faith found at the end of the Diocese Handbook.

Return all completed paperwork along with the $60 registration fee per student plus an additional $20.00 for each Confirmation student in an envelope marked CCD REGISTRATION.  Return the envelope with enclosed paperwork and payment to the parish office; deposit it in the drop box near the entrance to the parish office; drop it in the collection basket; or mail it to the parish office.​
